Is there really no setup fee?
No. Setup is done for you and included: we install the widget, write your answer templates in your practice's voice, wire your booking link into every sequence and make sure it all works before you pay a penny.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You go onto the £149 a month plan, or you walk away and we switch everything off. No contract, cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
What counts as a conversation?
One patient enquiring, however many messages that takes. A patient who chats on your website, then continues on WhatsApp, is one conversation. Most single practices use a few hundred a month, well inside the 1,000 included.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp conversations count towards your included 1,000, and Meta's own per-conversation charges are passed through at cost where they apply. We will always show you the numbers before anything is switched on.
Is patient data safe?
UK-hosted, GDPR compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest, with a DPA your compliance lead can sign. Denbot gives no clinical advice, it books the patient in so your clinicians can.
